At Alpine Estate Sales, we make an appointment with you to review all the items in your estate. Once we are clear with you on exactly which items are being offered for sale, we will mutually agree on a price for our services. This price includes all costs for setting up, displaying and staging items, advertising your estate sale, conducting the sale, removing our tables, signs, and banners. We can arrange cleaning property and hauling trash with one of our excellent partners, which is billed separately.
Our informal surveys over the years has shown that our fees are reasonable, and even on the lower side of the pricing range in the area.
